Patricia Marchman, LCSW

As a returning student, Patricia is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker receiving her Master’s degree from Dominican University. Patricia started working in the Addiction field and after graduation served the oldest of the old population by becoming an Elder Abuse Investigator. She has worked with medical traumas and cases with mental health complexity. Witnessing the effects of suicide, she attended American Foundation of Suicide Prevention trainings and supports the Prevention of Suicide through education and talking about suicide openly with all age groups. Patricia offers her clients a holistic psychotherapeutic approach using person-centered, solution-focused therapy. Her specialties include adult women, men, and couples therapy (marital/LGBTQ welcome); Recovery & Addictions; Bi-polar Disorder, Depression and Anxiety issues, self-identity and self-respect lifestyles, relationships, and interpersonal situations (vocational, career).
